The dust has barely settled in Indianapolis, but the energy from Gen Con 2025 is still buzzing at a thousand miles per hour here at CGS Group! Last week, our team members (Rick, Augusto, and James) had the honor of representing our projects and, more importantly, our community, at the biggest tabletop gaming event in the United States.
It was an incredible experience, and we came back with an award in our luggage and some hot news to share with you!
The absolute highlight of our time at Gen Con 2025 was, without a doubt, BattleForge: Berserker. And the best news was made official: we had the incredible honor of receiving the “Best of Gen Con” award from GamingTrend! To be recognized at an event with so many fantastic games is a huge validation of the work we’re doing together with you.
This achievement was fueled by the DEMO sessions that took place at our booth. Dozens of players, many coming straight from our Discord, were able to test the game firsthand. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and, most importantly, we received constructive suggestions that are already being used to further refine the experience.
After all, our philosophy is clear: We build the world, you make it yours.

While BattleForge was collecting awards and praise, DANTE: Inferno made its own imposing presence felt. Visitors to our booth witnessed the Eternal Box on display in all its glory. The sheer presence and size of the box, which holds the game’s vast amount of content, left many adventurers awestruck.
